On October 3, 2024, as part of the 33rd International Medical Exhibition Public Health

a unique master class for hospital managers was held called “How can a medical institution directly attract a million dollars for its own project through the support of foreign donors?” The event became a real knowledge fair organized by the ZDOROVI team. The main speakers of the event were the founder and CEO&Foundress of ZDOROVI Natalia Tulinova and the head of fundraising and research Yevhen Yanyuk. Their many years of experience in fundraising, deep knowledge of donor requirements and the ability to successfully implement grant projects became the basis for a peoductive discussion.

At the beginning of the master class, Nataliia Tulinova shared ZDOROVI's experience in cooperation with international donors. The audience was especially interested in the TOP-10 tips for hospitals that will help earn the trust of foreign donors. These tips were a real revelation for many participants. ZDOROVI experts provided detailed instructions on the transparency of financial activities, creating a clear development strategy, as well as interaction with partners and the public.

After the presentations, a question and answer session began, where each participant could ask questions that were of particular concern to their institution. For 30 minutes, the hall did not lose activity, and the discussion became a platform for exchanging experiences. Each participant sought to receive specific recommendations from experts, because the opportunity to directly communicate with those successfully working at the international level was truly invaluable. The audience also had an excellent opportunity to take a test after the event, the successful completion of which allows you to receive a certificate and earn 10 CPD points (CPD is continuous professional development for doctors. Thanks to it, doctors can constantly improve their knowledge and skills, and also use points for their own certification), because ZDOROVI is the official provider of CPD points at the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
