ZDOROVI helps children's hospitals prepare for winter
On World Children's Day in Kyiv, a special meeting of representatives of the public and government sectors was held on children's rights, organized by the international organization UNICEF.
The event was attended by representatives of the National Agency for Humanitarian Aid ZDOROVI
a team, which since the beginning of the large-scale invasion of Russian troops in Ukraine, has been working to provide children's hospitals and perinatal centers with the necessary equipment, medicines and materials.
According to the founder of the National Agency ZDOROVI Nataliia Tulinova:
“Helping children's hospitals is one of the priorities of our work, especially now when Ukraine is awaiting new enemy attacks, the purpose of which is to destroy the energy system and cause a humanitarian catastrophe. Children are the most vulnerable category of the population in every country, but this does not stop the russians from attacking children's hospitals and maternity hospitals. We have experience from last winter, when a power outage had serious consequences for the medical infrastructure, so we are purposefully working to support doctors who save the lives of young Ukrainians.”
Recently, the National Agency for Humanitarian Aid ZDOROVI provided infant warming kits to the Kyiv Regional Perinatal Center. These kits are especially important for preserving the lives of prematurely born children and small babies.
ZDOROVI’s large-scale humanitarian work is carried out in collaboration with international partners, including Isar Ednannia, Razom for Ukraine, NOVA Ukraine, Americares, Philips, the Netherlands Refugee Council, GIZ, Projecten Vastenactie and other charitable foundations and organizations.
