Hospital leaders from frontline regions

had the opportunity to take part in the transformational course “Leadership and Thinking in Times of Crisis”, organized by the ZDOROVI team with the support of Americares partners. in educational partnership with the Kyiv School of Public Administration named after S. Nyzhnyy.

Modern thinkers, philosophers and entrepreneurs shared knowledge with course participants about the transformation processes of our time, long-term trends, economic strategies, potential future scenarios and current leadership technologies. Among them are Ukrainian priest and public figure Hryhorii Kovalenko, Doctor of Philosophy Nataliia Kryvda, Ukrainian entrepreneur and public figure Valerii Pekar, business consultant and facilitator Nataliia Dziuba, executive director of the Ukrainian Institute of the Future analytical center Anatolii Amelin.

Heads of medical institutions had the opportunity to discuss the formation of value guidelines and the national idea of ​​Ukraine, the development of leaders and leadership, understanding global trends in the world, expanding the horizons of planning and managing the future, new economic conditions and strategic sectors. In workshop formats, managers learned about effective systems for motivating medical personnel, developing corporate culture and personnel management.

The knowledge gained will help course participants create and integrate new strategies into the work of their medical institutions operating in a wartime crisis and facing the consequences of war.
