ZDOROVI to hold large-scale training course for hospital managers
33 hospital managers will be able to take part
Thirty-three hospital managers will be able to
gain knowledge about modern transformation processes, long-term trends and economic strategies, potential future scenarios and current leadership technologies.

Heads of Ukrainian hospitals from regions under constant attack by Russian troops were given the opportunity to take part in the transformation course "Leadership and Thinking in Times of Crisis" from recognized Ukrainian philosophers and thinkers of our time as part of the ZDOROVI educational hub. The project is being implemented with the partnership support of Americares.

Thirty-three hospital managers from Kherson, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv and Odesa regions will be able to gain knowledge about modern transformation processes, long-term trends and economic strategies, potential future scenarios and current leadership technologies.
The founder of the National Humanitarian Aid Agency ZDOROVI Nataliiaa Tulinova spoke about this:
"We, as responsible leaders of the humanitarian sector in the field of healthcare, work hard to form multi-level strategies for new medicine in Ukraine. Our country is going through a time of transformation and we must make every effort to ensure that the changes that are taking place correspond to the current demands of the time. We need to develop strategies for new thinking, new approaches, a new worldview. This course will help heads of medical institutions expand their understanding of leadership trends in the modern world, form new pillars for further work and scale processes in their medical institutions to the deep needs of society."
The knowledge gained will help course participants create and integrate new strategies into the work of their medical institutions operating in a wartime crisis and facing the consequences of war. Let us remind you that since the beginning of the large-scale invasion of Ukraine, the ZDOROVI team has been working to support the medical system, both in the field of humanitarian aid and through educational projects aimed at forming a long-term perspective for the sustainability, restoration and development of Ukrainian medicine.
